January 6 - February 16
In The Epiphany and the days following, we celebrate the revelation of the Messiah to the entire world - Jesus as the light of the world. God shows us that His divine mission is not only meant for the Jews, but for the entire wolrd as represented in the story of the Magi who traveled far to worship Jesus at Bethlehem (Matthew 2:1-12). Following on the heels of Christmastide, this season begins on the Day of Epiphany and concludes on Transfiguration Sunday.
